How to Make a Tea Rinse:

Infuse 1 teabag in 250 to 500ml hot water , allow it to steep for a 20 minutes.
Cool the tea completely.
Apply the tea rinse to your hair and scalp after shampooing.
Massage into your scalp to promote blood flow.
Leave in for 10-15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with water.
Condition as usual.
